Facility Amenities
Park Rental: Rates effective Jan. 1, 2020: $40/hour; $400/day.
- Great for parties, fundraisers, weddings and wedding receptions, meetings, reunions, banquets, dance. Includes Barn and Outdoor Facilities.
- Cost: $40 per hour, 3 hour minimum ($150 deposit) or $400 per day ($150 deposit). Deposits due and payable at the time of signing the rental agreement. Deposit will be forfeited if cancellation occurs within 30 days of event.
- Size: The Main Hall in the Barn is 1700 square feet and holds up to 120.

Outdoor Facilities:
- Great for picnics and community gatherings, fundraisers, sports activities, celebrations.
- Available on a first come-first served basis unless reserved. Groups larger than 25 must sign a rental contract.

Frequently Asked Questions - Park Rentals - Good Things to Know
May we come in the day before the event to set up the building?
If you will need the space the day before your event to set up, you will need to rent the space for those hours.
What are the alcohol and concession policies?
The responsible and lawful consumption of alcohol is permited by the reservation holder and guests only if event insurance is obtained. Food and beverage concessions must have all required permits with Missoula City-County Health Department and carry general liability insurance.
How can I get the event insurance that the County requires?
Several links are provided here where you may get insurance quotes. You may also check with your personal home/auto insurance agent. Missoula County must be listed as an additional insured entity for the specific event, with $1,000,000 liability and $2,000,000 aggregate coverage. Documentation of insurance must be submitted.

What about power for: food trucks, inflatables, the band?
It is important when planning your event to know about specific power needs ahead of time. Please check availability of power for your needs. You bring the extension cords!
What if we need portable toilets for the event?
During warmer months, there is one portable toilet on site. If more are needed, you may arrange for additional portable toilets to be brought in by the provider of your choice.
How does camping work?
There is no camping at the park. It is day use only.
How does set-up and clean-up of an event work?
You supply the manpower to set up the facility for your event. Tables and chairs are available and included. Afterwards, you clean up the kitchen, food serving areas, main hall, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces. We supply trash bags, brooms, mops, plus floor, kitchen, and bathroom cleaning products and trash removal service.
Is there wifi available?
No.
Are there other restrictions that I should know about?
West Riverside Community Park is a non-smoking facility. Bikes and fireworks are not allowed in the park.
